Completed 1996-1997. Concrete frame High Rise, 384 Units. Community Center, steel Frame with Architectural Precast and Glass Curtainwall Exterior. Five Stories. 60,000 square feet. Exclusively one bedroom senior independent living apartments with moderate scale common space and amenities. Maple Pointe was the largest single tax credit financed project in the United States in 1996. The community center serves the North Side of Chicago and Gold Coast, including a daycare and infant community facility.
