Unique in its weaving of full service public space and amenities into the continuum of aging. The ground floor contains various living, fitness, dining, personal and social amenities, as well as guest apartments. Separate, but adjacent assisted areas are concentrated on floors two and three, including common living, dining, and outdoor as well as indoor activity spaces. Special attention was given to integrate private balconies, outdoor gardens, decks, and gazebos.
