Conceptual Projects

We Include this section of proposed, schematic, and conceptual unbuilt projects. We are continually in the process of developing ideas and proposals in support of feasibility for our clients. Many times these proposals find their final rest in a storage drawer; but they serve to illustrate the condition of architecture as a speculative tool which proposes futures which are tested first on the drawing board before being committed to full scale realization.
